In October 2014 Matt Bates was diagnosed with a rare and aggressive form of kidney cancer. He was just 25 years of age.

He set up his website matt-bates.co.uk to share his experiences while undergoing cancer treatment and he received tens of thousands of hits throughout the world.

In October 2016, just days before Matthew died. his CD Fightback was released. This CD can be found on his website or search for it on Itunes, Amazon, Apple Music or Spotify.

His first CD Kaleidoscope contains a collection of songs Matthew wrote and recorded before he was diagnosed with kidney cancer.

He made the CD after his Mum requested it as a Christmas present. Little did we know what was around the corner for him.

We are so proud of everything he achieved in his short 27 years including his song writing and musical ability.

We are giving away the CD as a free download - if you like it - you might want to consider making a donation to a charity that supported Matthew while he was ill.
